Earlier this year, I went with four of my friends to San Antonio. The cool thing about this group of friends is that although we all went to college together, all five of us ended up moving to different states after college (as a result of the various jobs that we got offered). However, even though we are all in different states, we have stayed very close to each other. We use a combination of the phone and the Internet to keep in touch with each other. In addition to having a conference call with all five of us on the line, we use a couple of different Internet applications so that we can simultaneously chat with each other (this is quite common for us to do during work).
Several years ago, we started a tradition of taking an annual trip together, and this year we chose San Antonio as our destination. As you can imagine, since we only see each other once a year, we have a pretty wild time during our week long trip. Because there’s plenty of great stuff to do in San Antonio (including a vibrant nightlife), it was the perfect match for us and our trip together.
